Zuani Collio Bianco Riserva
Zuani Riserva is Patrizia Felluga’s flagship: a single wine built from four varieties — Friulano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Pinot Grigio — grown together on the Giasbana hillside above San Floriano del Collio, on ponca, the region’s ancient marl and sandstone. The grapes come from vines fifteen to thirty years old, hand-harvested by variety in early-to-mid September, then cold-macerated and fermented separately before the wine moves into French oak barriques for maturation, with regular lees stirring, and a further three months resting in bottle before release.
