Zuani Vigne Collio Bianco
Zuani’s base white comes from the same source as the estate’s Riserva — Friulano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Pinot Grigio grown together on the Giasbana hillside above San Floriano del Collio, on ponca, the region’s ancient marl and sandstone. Hand-harvested by variety in small boxes around the third week of September, the grapes are cold-macerated and fermented separately in temperature-controlled steel, with no oak at any stage, then rest three months in bottle before release.
