Production Area: Hills of Gallura, in the countryside of Tempio

Soil: Coarse granite of limited depth, rich in sediments, sandy, loose, clayey

Climate: Mediterranean, average rainfall in spring and autumn, long summers, hot and windy, extreme temperature changes


Winemaking Notes:

Vinification: Fermentation in barrels and subsequent ageing in same barrels for over one year

Maturing: 4 - 5 months in cellar
