Sauvignon, "Zuc di Volpe"

This Sauvignon Zuc di Volpe, has a characteristic yellow color,  and is well balanced in the flavor-structure relationship.  The first sensation  found in this wine is great harmony among the outstanding features "green" recognizable smell that made famous the vine and the perception in the mouth of fruity aromas always, but more soft and elegant.

Food Pairing:  Excellent as an aperitif between meals, and either in combination with shellfish, fish, pasta dishes, but also in dishes with tomatoes and peppers.
