2004 Marisa Cuomo Furore Rosso Riserva - 92 Points - Robert Parker
The 2004 Furore Rosso Riserva (Piedirosso, Aglianico) is a layered, perfumed wine redolent of grilled herbs, bell pepper, dark wild cherries, French oak, minerals and ash, all of which come to life in an elegant, refined expression. Medium in body, the wine possesses exceptional length and sweet, silky tannins that carry through to the long finish. This is a beautiful red from the rocky soils of Campania’s Amalfi Coast. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2019.
