Aglianico Paestum “Bacioilcielo”

Bacioilcielo — “I kiss the sky” — turns the De Conciliis family’s jazz devotion up to eleven with a nod to Jimi Hendrix, and pours a purple haze all its own.

From organic hillside vines above the Mediterranean, this is Aglianico unplugged: fermented in steel, raised without oak theatrics, and bottled with eco-conscious materials chosen to tread lightly on the land — right down to the paper and ink on this label.

Deep ruby in the glass, bursting with blooming rose, red berries, and wild undergrowth over an earthy mineral groove. Soft, round, and juicy with velvety tannins and easy freshness, it’s a red for spirited tables, weeknight feasts, and pizza night encores.
