Cru Prime Uve Prosecco from the renowned manufacturer, Bonaventura Maschio, comes from the Cru Prime Uve series, each of which presents itself in a unique way. This Cru Prime Uve Prosecco is produced from the Prosecco grape variety, which is particularly popular in the north of Italy, in Veneto.

Tasting Notes:
Cru Prime Uve Prosecco is made using dried prosecco grapes. The nose reveals notes reminiscent of high mountain flowers and juniper berries. The taste is full and rounded, harmoniously structured. It fully expresses its bouquet served at room temperature, excellent even fresh. Alcohol content: 40.00%

Winemaking Notes:
Obtained from the processing of Prosecco grapes ripened on the hills, in the Fregona farm, dried and then subjected to soft pressing and controlled fermentation. The subsequent distillation in bubble copper stills, under vacuum and at low temperature, guarantees the protection of the primary aromas.
